Introduction

Enteq Upstream plc raised seed capital of £15m and has subsequently raised a further £42m from a number of blue chip institutional investors, many of whom have hundreds of billion pounds under management. It is anticipated that Enteq may raise further funds for future acquisitions. Enteq has a $15m revolving credit facility with HSBC

The investments have been made through the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Investec have been retained as the Nominated Advisor.

The founder Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors have invested significantly in the business, as have some significant industry individuals.
