Enteq Upstream PLC (NTQ), a provider of upstream technology and products, has acquired KM Services and Pro-Flow Fabrication Technologies Ltd.

KM Services and Pro-Flow Fabrication Technologies Ltd. will now be known as Enteq KMS LLC.

Both based in Houston, KM Services and Pro-Flow Fabrication Technologies Ltd. provide customers with complex machined and fabricated parts and products for directional drilling, mud motor and Measurement While Drilling (MWD) equipment. Combined, the companies employ 72 staff members and operate from joint Southeast Houston area facilities.

This purchase follows Enteq’s recent acquisition of Santa Clara, Calif., based Extended Exploration Technology (XXT) incorporated, a MWD specialist technology and products company. Enteq intends to maintain and invest in the company’s existing locations, with plans in the works to expand facilities and broaden their product ranges.

Enteq Upstream plc was founded in 2011 by the former CEO and the senior VP of Sondex plc, Martin Perry and Raymond Garcia. Enteq has the ambition to grow by acquisition and subsequent organic development into a premier provider of upstream technology and products to oilfield service companies globally. Enteq has raised initial sums in excess of $100 million from blue-chip institutional investors in the London Stock Exchange to fund acquisitions and the growth strategy.
